Founded in the mid-1980s in Bridgewater, the company was built on a foundation of local knowledge, integrity, and long-standing relationships within the communities we serve. As our footprint has grown, we have expanded to include a second office in Hyannis, allowing us to better serve clients throughout the South Shore and Cape Cod.
The Wood family’s involvement in real estate extends well beyond brokerage services. Since the 1960s, the Wood family has been active in the development business, creating many distinguished and highly desirable residential subdivisions across the South Shore. This generational experience in land development, construction, and community planning provides Wood Real Estate with a depth of insight that few brokerages can offer.
